5. Dead Of Arrival (DOA): 5.1 If you receive your parcel DOA, you agree to inform us immediately, send us photos if applicable to help us identify the problem. If we agree that you send the parcel back, we will provide you with a RA (Return Authority) number to accelerate the process. You agree to NOT send the parcel without a RA number as it might get lost. We will then offer you reasonable solutions.
